HOW DO WE TIP THE STAFF?
This is probably the question we are asked the most.  If you feel your service is exceptional, then the following formula is what most other guests have
adopted.

            *$5/day/guest for the housekeeping service
*$4/day/guest for the chef/meal service (if selected)

HOW DO WE TIP SERVICE PARTNERS (CONCIERGE SERVICE OR ONSITE DIVE MASTER)?

If you feel your service is exceptional, then the following formula is what most other guests have adopted.  10-15% of the cost for diving instruction and $100/week

for concierge services (this takes into account pre-arrival work).

WHY DO YOU CHARGE PER PERSON ABOVE YOUR BASE RENTAL RATE?
Because we are on an island, everything is much more expensive than on the mainland.  Our costs are based on consumption
and are a direct reflection of the # of people staying at the villa: water treatment plant, bottled water, utilities, etc.  Because of this, we use
a “cost per person model” above the base rental rate for the villa.  It is the best and fairest way we can appropriately have a rate structure that is equal to the
consumption of the group.

DO YOU HAVE A FLOOR PLAN SO WE CAN DETERMINE OUR ROOMING OPTIONS?
Yes.  It can be seen on the website.  FLOORPLAN

DO YOU HAVE EXTRA SLEEPING COTS AND CRIBS IF NEEDED?

frequently, you should consider getting one.  Most calls are in excess of 25 cents/minute and texts are 25-50 cents/minute depending on your carrier.

obstacles including trampolines and slides at the beach clubs: rentals such as jet skis, kayaks, and small sail boats can be arranged here as well.  If you are not interested in
