All rates are quoted in US dollars
and are subject to change. Rates do not include the 12% Mexican tax
and a refundable security deposit. We prefer to rent the villas
starting on a Saturday ending the following Saturday.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is
required for confirmation. For final reservation, a completed
User Agreement and payment in full, 45 days prior to occupancy
is required. We also collect a $1000 security deposit and the
12% local tax, which is due with the final payment.
- The security deposit is fully refundable
providing no damage is reported. Security deposits will be
refunded within 15 to 30 days after departure from the villa.
- Credit Cards, Personal checks, money
orders, or wire transfers are accepted for payment.
- We provide refunds only if we can re-book
the property for the identical travel dates and at the same
rental rate.
